Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 large English cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • ¼ cup bacon bits
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Salad Supreme seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons avocado lime ranch dressing

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (for spice)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or cilantro (for freshness)
  • 2 tablespoons crushed nuts or seeds (for extra crunch)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Cucumbers
    • Wash and slice the cucumber into bite-sized rounds or half-moons for easy snacking.
  2. Assemble the Snack
    • Place the sliced cucumbers in a mixing bowl.
    • Sprinkle in the shredded cheese, bacon bits, black pepper, Old Bay seasoning, and Salad Supreme seasoning.
  3. Add the Dressing & Mix
    • Drizzle the avocado lime ranch dressing over the cucumber mixture.
    • Gently toss everything together until the cucumbers are evenly coated.
  4. Serve & Enjoy!
    • Enjoy immediately for maximum crunch, or chill in the fridge for 10 minutes for extra refreshment.

Notes

  • Make it spicy! Add a drizzle of hot sauce or extra red pepper flakes.
  • Make it Mediterranean! Swap cheddar for feta and add olives and olive oil.
  • Keep it fresh! Mix everything just before serving to prevent the cucumbers from getting watery.
  • Storage: Best eaten fresh but can be stored for up to 4 hours in the fridge before losing its crisp texture.
